Mr. Damian Chan is the Director and Chief Executive Officer of MINT Incorporation Limited, a Nasdaq listed company with ticker symbol: MIMI. MINT has been a prominent player in building and construction sector in Hong Kong and Asia with its flagship brand MATTER, renowned for delivering design and construction excellence.

Driven by a vision to transform the built environment through innovation, Mr. Chan has spearheaded the transformation of MINT by venturing into the technology and robotic sector. In 2025, he founded Axonex Intelligence Limited, a technology company specializing in AI infrastructure, robotics, and smart facility management. Its mission is to realize the future of smart cities by integrating IoT, data analytics, and AI-powered robotics to create sustainable, intelligent, and human-centric spaces.

Mr. Chan earned his Master of Architecture degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in 2009. Building on MINT’s success, he has expanded his career from professional architect into capital markets and technology entrepreneur, combining design expertise with strategic business growth. Mr Chan’s work reflects his aspiration to redefine how cities operate, empowering property and facility owners with digital tools that enhance operational efficiency, environmental performance, and community well-being.

He is a registered architect in the State of New York, a member of the American Institute of Architects, and was recognized as a 2022 Asia Top 40 Under 40 Young Design Professional.

My Sustainability Goals for 2025:

1.⁠ ⁠Advance Smart Facility Energy Efficiency Initiatives
Implement AI- and IoT-driven energy management solutions across MINT and Axonex projects to help property and facility owners achieve at least 15% improvement in energy efficiency and reduce carbon footprints in commercial and mixed-use developments.

2.⁠ ⁠Promote Sustainable Smart City Development
Leverage digital twins, robotics, and data analytics to pilot three urban or community-scale projects that optimize space usage, enhance environmental monitoring, and improve ESG performance—contributing to sustainable and human-centric city planning.

3.⁠ ⁠Empower Clients with ESG-Driven Digital Tools
Integrate sustainability-focused insights into MINT’s design and Axonex’s facility management solutions, providing real-time environmental and operational analytics to enable clients to track, report, and improve their ESG metrics effectively.

Abdul Haq Fitri is the Global Expansion Team Lead in the information technology specialising in construction sector, with a strong foundation as a Subject Matter Expert in cost management and procurement solutions.

Recognised for his adaptability, approachable leadership style, and results-driven approach, he has been instrumental in leading digital transformation initiatives across the region.

His career highlights include successfully leading large-scale cost management and procurement digitalisation projects for Sime Darby Property and Gamuda Land, two of Malaysia’s most prominent property developers.

These projects reflect both his technical expertise and his leadership in advancing digital adoption within the construction and property development industry.

Abdul Haq brings a global perspective to the construction ecosystem on cost management and digital transformation, sharing insights that bridge strategy with practical implementation.

He is passionate about guiding organisations toward efficiency, transparency, and sustainable value creation.

Johnathan Li is the Business Development Manager at Carnot Innovations Limited, where he leverages his expertise in energy solutions and technology to drive strategic partnerships and expand the company’s market presence. With a background in engineering and business, Johnathan has a passion for sustainability and innovation. He plays a pivotal role in identifying new opportunities, fostering client relationships, and promoting the adoption of AI-driven energy management systems. Prior to joining Carnot, he held various roles in business development and project management across the tech and renewable energy sectors. Johnathan is dedicated to advancing sustainable practices in the built environment and helping organizations achieve their energy efficiency goals.
